It's an issue affecting start-up businesses and new ventures everywhere. How do you take things to "The next level" without compromising integrity. With IronMan now in its advanced stages, I think we need to take stock, reflect and look to the future.
While 2007 brings with it the promise of another 12 months poker playing at the sharp edge of the game, it's time we look to setting up a frachise. I've got an aquantance based in Manchester who may be receptive to the idea. Obviously, we need to keep some element of control over the tournament, and this is certainly something we need to discuss, perhaps at IronMan IV.
PR can also play an imporant role in building the brand. The Freemansons are a great example of this. The orgnaisation is shrouded in mystery, yet many people know (or importantly, think they know about it. To position IronMan at this level would be ideal.

Of course there are some similarities between IronMan and the Freemasons but IronMan is much more important!
